Dice and dice games date back to the Crusades, but current craps is approximately one hundred years old. Modern craps come about from the 12th Century Anglo game called Hazard. In the 1700s, when banished by the English, the French relocated down south and settled in southern Louisiana where they after a while became Cajuns.
